Could removing just one lymph node stop melanoma from coming back?

Summary
This study is for people with stage III melanoma that has spread to just one lymph node. Researchers want to see if removing only that cancerous node (instead of many nodes) can prevent the cancer from returning in the same area. The study will also track side effects like swelling and how the surgery affects daily life. About 66 adults will take part.
