Summary
This study looks at how doctors at Strasbourg University Hospital manage severe stomach or intestinal bleeding in patients taking blood thinners (DOACs). Researchers will review medical records of 250 adults to see how often a drug called prothrombin complex concentrate is used to reverse the blood thinner's effects. The goal is to gather real-world data on current practices and outcomes.
