New study probes hidden link between fatigue and muscle weakness in arthritis

Summary
This study looks at why people with axial spondyloarthritis often feel very tired and how that relates to muscle function. Researchers will measure exercise capacity in 122 adults starting a new targeted therapy. The goal is to better understand the connection between fatigue and muscle health.
