Summary
This study looks at whether exercise after finishing cancer treatment is linked to better outcomes, like longer survival without the cancer coming back. Researchers will analyze data from 1,000 adult cancer survivors at Memorial Sloan Kettering. The goal is to see if those who exercise have fewer recurrences or better survival compared to those who don't.
