Summary

This early-stage trial tests whether adding a personalized cancer vaccine (made from a patient's own immune cells and tumor cells) to standard CAR-T cell therapy can safely improve outcomes for people with multiple myeloma that has returned or stopped responding to treatment. About 25 adults will receive the vaccine plus a growth factor alongside their CAR-T therapy. The study focuses on safety first, but also looks at how well the cancer responds.
