New study aims to fix lack of diversity in cancer research

Summary

This study tests whether patient navigators and easy-to-understand educational materials can help more Black and Latino cancer patients join clinical trials. Researchers will work with 500 patients at community cancer clinics across the U.S. The goal is to learn what works best to make cancer research more inclusive and representative of all populations.
