NCT ID NCT07628361

First seen Jun 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at whether doing resistance training with your uninjured arm while your injured shoulder is in a sling can help you recover faster. Researchers will compare two types of exercise (eccentric and concentric) in 16 people with an AC joint injury. The goal is to see if this 'cross-education' approach can preserve muscle strength and improve function without any direct treatment to the injured side.
