Summary
This study looks at whether using a device that sends mild electrical pulses to the muscles (called NMES) can help people regain strength in their leg after ACL reconstruction surgery. Researchers will compare the strength and size of the muscles in the operated leg to the healthy leg. The study involves 25 people aged 15 to 50 who are having ACL surgery at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
