Summary

This study tests whether custom-made positioning guides and titanium plates, designed from a patient's own CT scan, can improve the accuracy and stability of surgery for cheekbone (zygomatic) fractures. Eight adults needing surgery will receive the custom implants, and their results will be compared to the original surgical plan. The goal is to see if this personalized approach leads to better bone alignment and facial symmetry.
