Summary

This trial investigates whether a 10-week Zumba-based exercise program can help lower blood pressure in adults with hypertension. Participants will either join three 50-minute Zumba sessions per week or maintain their usual lifestyle. Researchers will also measure changes in body composition, medication use, and psychological well-being like anxiety and sleep quality.

What could go wrong
This is a small, early-stage trial with only 46 participants. The results may not apply to everyone, and exercise programs require ongoing commitment.
