Summary
This study tests a new drug, zuberitamab, in 135 adults with primary membranous nephropathy, a kidney disease that causes protein leakage. The goal is to see if zuberitamab reduces protein in urine better than the standard drug cyclosporine. Participants receive either zuberitamab or cyclosporine, and doctors track their urine protein levels over 76 weeks.
