First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of four drugs (zuberitamab, selinexor, dexamethasone, and thalidomide) in 30 adults aged 18-70 with mantle cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded after BTK inhibitor treatment. The goal is to improve remission rates and extend survival with fewer side effects. Participants will receive 6 cycles of the combination, followed by maintenance therapy with two of the drugs.
