New combo therapy targets hard-to-treat lymphoma after standard drugs fail

Summary
This study tests a combination of four drugs (zuberitamab, selinexor, dexamethasone, and thalidomide) in 30 adults aged 18-70 with mantle cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded after BTK inhibitor treatment. The goal is to improve remission rates and extend survival with fewer side effects. Participants will receive 6 cycles of the combination, followed by maintenance therapy with two of the drugs.
