First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at two different designs of zirconia dental implants for people missing a premolar tooth. 24 participants will receive either a tissue-level or bone-level implant, and after 3 months, a ceramic crown will be placed. Researchers will measure bone loss, gum health, and implant stability over 1, 3, and 5 years to see which design performs better.
