NCT ID NCT07229339

First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving the drug zipalertinib together with standard chemotherapy before surgery can shrink tumors in people with a specific type of lung cancer (EGFR-mutant non-small cell lung cancer). About 16 adults with stage II to IIIB cancer that can be surgically removed will receive the combination, then have surgery to see how much tumor remains. The goal is to see if this approach kills more cancer cells and improves treatment outcomes.
