Summary
This study looked at whether people with generalized myasthenia gravis (a condition causing muscle weakness) can safely and effectively give themselves the drug zilucoplan using a new auto-injector device. Thirty-one adults who were already taking zilucoplan participated. The main goal was to see if they could successfully deliver the full dose on their own. The study found that most self-injections were complete, suggesting the device is easy to use.
