New hope for advanced gallbladder cancer: drug combo enters trial

Summary
This study tests a new drug called ZG005 combined with standard chemotherapy (gemcitabine and cisplatin) as a first treatment for people with advanced gallbladder cancer. About 60 participants will receive the combination to see if it shrinks tumors and how safe it is. The goal is to improve disease control, not to cure the cancer.
