New combo therapy targets hard-to-treat lymphomas in early trial

Summary
This study tests a new drug, zeprumetostat, combined with other treatments for people whose T-cell or NK-cell lymphoma has come back or stopped responding to therapy. The goal is to find safe doses and see if the combination shrinks tumors. About 60 adults will take part in this early-phase trial across multiple hospitals.
