Summary
This study looked at 85 people with Zenker's diverticulum, a pouch in the throat that makes swallowing hard. Doctors used a thin, flexible tube (endoscope) to cut the pouch with one of two tools: LigaSure or SB-Knife. The goal was to see which tool works better at relieving symptoms and has fewer complications.
