Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental oral drug, ZE63-0302, in 60 adults with type 2 diabetes. The main goal is to check safety and how the body processes the drug. Participants must have had diabetes for at least 7 years and be on stable diabetes medications (excluding insulin). This is a placebo-controlled, double-blind trial, meaning neither participants nor researchers know who gets the real drug.
