Summary
This early-phase trial is testing whether adding the targeted drug zanubrutinib to standard chemotherapy (R-PolaCHP) is safe and effective for people with newly diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. About 38 adults will take part. The goal is to find the best dose and watch for side effects. The study is currently paused.
