New hope for aggressive lymphoma? drug combo targets p53-positive tumors

Summary

This study tests whether adding zanubrutinib to standard chemotherapy (R-CHOP) works better for people with newly diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has a protein called p53. About 41 adults aged 18 to 75 will take part. The goal is to see if the combo shrinks tumors more and keeps them away longer, while checking for side effects.
