NCT ID NCT06067048
First seen Apr 02, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests a daily pill called zanubrutinib for people with cold agglutinin disease, a rare condition where the immune system mistakenly destroys red blood cells, especially in cold weather. The drug aims to stop the abnormal immune cells from attacking red blood cells, potentially reducing anemia and cold-related symptoms. About 25 adults with this disease will receive the treatment for 6 cycles to see if it improves their blood counts and quality of life.
