Summary

This study tests different doses of zanubrutinib, taken with high-dose dexamethasone, in 60 adults newly diagnosed with immune thrombocytopenia (ITP). The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose to raise platelet counts and prevent bleeding. Participants will be followed for 26 weeks to see if their platelet levels stay stable.
