First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tested whether combining two drugs, zanidatamab and evorpacept (ALX148), is safe and can shrink tumors in people with advanced HER2-positive cancers that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. A total of 52 adults took part. The main goals were to check for side effects and see how many patients had their tumors shrink or disappear.
