Summary
This study tests a new approach for Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned or not responded to treatment. It combines a radioactive antibody (yttrium-90 anti-CD25) with standard chemotherapy (BEAM) before a stem cell transplant. The goal is to kill cancer cells more effectively and improve long-term control of the disease. About 33 adults will take part.
