Summary
This study tested a digital tool that uses a smartphone and smartwatch to encourage physical activity in adults aged 25-80. Over 12 months, 386 participants used the tool or a standard wellness program. The goal was to see if the tool increased weekly moderate-to-vigorous activity and improved health measures like weight and waist size.
