First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests a new medicine, YOLT-203, in 36 children and adults with primary hyperoxaluria type 1, a rare genetic condition that causes harmful oxalate buildup. The goal is to see if a single dose can safely lower oxalate levels in urine and blood over six months. Half the participants will get the drug first, and the other half will start with a placebo and switch later.
