Summary
This early-phase study tests a single dose of YOLT-202 in 18 adults with Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency (AATD), a genetic condition that can damage the lungs and liver. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and to find the best dose. Participants must have the severe PiZZ genetic type and low AAT levels.
