Summary
This study looked at two therapies—orofacial therapy (exercises for the mouth and face) and therapeutic yoga—to see which better helps children with Down syndrome improve swallowing, sleep habits, and quality of life. Thirty children aged 5 to 12 took part. The goal was to find a gentle, non-drug way to ease common challenges these kids face.
