First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study looks at how yoga nidra (a guided relaxation practice), yoga, and a control condition affect pain and movement in people with chronic low back pain. Twenty-seven adults with long-term back pain will try each approach on separate visits and rate their pain during heat tests and a sit-to-stand task. The goal is to see which method helps most with pain and daily function.
