This pilot study is testing whether yoga-based exercises, done online or in person, can improve sleep, quality of life, and headache symptoms in 40 adults with chronic migraine or cluster headache. Participants will continue their usual medical care while adding yoga. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and helpful before a larger trial.
