New drug trial targets dual threat: heart disease and ED

Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug called YN001 in men who have both atherosclerotic heart disease and erectile dysfunction. The goal is to see if YN001 can improve blood vessel health and sexual function over 13 weeks. About 40 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either YN001 or a placebo, and neither they nor the doctors will know which one they get.
