Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called YN001 in 40 people who have both atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (hardening of the arteries) and erectile dysfunction. The trial is double-blind and placebo-controlled, meaning neither patients nor doctors know who gets the real drug. The main goals are to see if YN001 improves erectile function and reduces artery thickness over 13 weeks.
