Summary
This study compares a new drug, YL202, with the standard chemotherapy docetaxel in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific EGFR mutation and has stopped responding to previous treatments. About 440 adults aged 18 to 75 will take part. The main goals are to see if YL202 helps people live longer and slows cancer growth better than docetaxel.
