First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding Yishen Qutong granules to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy can help people with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer live longer and feel better. About 308 participants will receive either the herbal granules or a placebo alongside their regular treatment for 90 days, and be followed for 18 months. The goal is to see if the granules improve disease control and quality of life while reducing treatment side effects.
