Summary
This study tests two different needle insertion points during a specific eye surgery (YAMANE technique) for children and teens aged 4-18 with a condition called congenital ectopia lentis, where the eye's natural lens is out of place. The goal is to see which needle position leads to better vision, fewer complications, and more accurate lens placement after surgery. Fifty-four participants will be followed for 3 months after the procedure.
