Scientists test new Drug's safety with common pills
NCT ID NCT07068841
Summary
This study aimed to see if a new injectable drug, Y-3, changes how the body processes three common medications: repaglinide (for diabetes), warfarin (a blood thinner), and omeprazole (for heartburn). Researchers enrolled 24 healthy Chinese participants to take these medications with and without Y-3, measuring drug levels in the blood to check for interactions and monitor safety. The goal was to gather information for future drug labeling and safe use.
