Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called XTYW007 in healthy volunteers and people with high LDL-C (bad cholesterol) to see if it is safe and how the body processes it. The study also looks at how food affects the drug and its impact on blood fats and liver health. About 94 participants will take single or multiple doses, with researchers monitoring side effects and cholesterol levels.
