Summary
This study at Duke University is testing whether a special type of MRI (using xenon gas) can detect changes in lung scarring in people with progressive pulmonary fibrosis. About 60 adults will have MRI scans before starting anti-fibrotic medication and again at 3, 6, and 12 months. The goal is to see if the MRI can measure how the lungs respond to treatment, which could help doctors better monitor the disease.
