Summary
This study tests the XEN45 implant, a tiny device placed in the eye to lower pressure in people with open-angle glaucoma. About 120 adults in China will receive either the XEN45 implant or standard surgery, and researchers will track side effects and eye pressure for 5 years. The goal is to see if the implant is a safe and effective way to manage glaucoma long-term.
