Summary
This study tests a new biologic drug, Xeligekimab, in 10 adults with moderate to severe palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP), a chronic skin condition causing painful pustules on hands and feet. The goal is to see if the drug can reduce symptoms and improve quality of life. Participants must have tried other treatments without success.
