Summary
This study looked at how the X10D shoe sole affects walking in 15 healthy adults aged 50-65. Researchers compared walking with the X10D sole to walking in regular sports shoes and a neutral sole. The goal was to understand if the X10D sole makes walking more active and dynamic.
