First seen Mar 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This trial tests a new treatment called WZTL-002 for people with large B-cell lymphoma that came back or didn't get better after standard chemo. It uses the patient's own immune cells, modified to fight cancer, and is given as a one-time infusion. About 60 adults aged 18 to 75 will take part to see if the therapy can shrink tumors and how safe it is.
