NCT ID NCT06486051

First seen Mar 11, 2026 · Last updated May 26, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This trial tests a new CAR T-cell therapy called WZTL-002 in 60 people with large B-cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded to standard chemotherapy. Participants receive their own modified immune cells to attack the cancer, and doctors will check how many achieve complete remission and monitor for side effects like brain function changes. The goal is to see if this therapy works better than similar existing treatments.
