Summary
This early-stage study tested a new drug called WVT078, alone or with another drug (WHG626), in 56 people whose multiple myeloma had returned or stopped responding to at least two prior treatments. The main goal was to find a safe dose and check for side effects. The study was terminated early, so results are limited.
