Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug, WVE-007, in 136 adults aged 18 to 60 who are overweight or have obesity (BMI 28-35). The main goal is to check the drug's safety and how the body processes it. Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo as a single injection, and researchers will monitor side effects and drug levels in the blood.
