First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tested a new way to treat tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) using wrist-strengthening exercises while a special cuff lightly restricts blood flow to the arm. The approach aims to reduce pain and improve grip strength without needing heavy weights. The trial involved 34 adults aged 18 to 45 with confirmed tennis elbow, measuring pain and strength before and after treatment.
