Wrist fracture recovery: do supplements speed healing?

NCT ID NCT07352501

First seen Jan 23, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at 100 women aged 45-55 with a recent wrist fracture. All receive pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy for 30 days. Half also take a daily supplement containing vitamins D, K, C, magnesium, zinc, and copper. The goal is to see if the supplement reduces pain, speeds bone healing, and improves wrist function better than PEMF alone.
