Wrist arthritis surgery showdown: which fusion works best?

Summary
This study compares two types of wrist fusion surgery for people with advanced wrist arthritis (SNAC or SLAC). The goal is to see if one surgery provides better grip strength and function than the other. About 64 adults with grade 2-3 arthritis are taking part, and they will be randomly assigned to one of the two procedures.
