Summary
This study looked at whether a six-week wrestling program could improve psychological well-being, reduce anxiety, and build resilience in sedentary adolescent boys aged 12-15. Fifteen boys took part in the wrestling training, while another group continued their normal routines. After six weeks, the wrestling group showed significant improvements in well-being and resilience, and a drop in sport-related anxiety. The control group saw no meaningful changes.
